MY STORY
Ā Well this might shock youā¦Iām not really into āfitnessā.Ā
I donāt meal prep, I love eating out, nights out and few drinks. I often canāt be arsed to go to the gym, I rarely do cardio.
BUT I do want to look and feel fit fricking fabulous.
Iāve had a LOT of struggles. A battle between staying āskinnyā and living a vivacious social life through my 20s, doing stupid faddy diets and a constant cycle of over/under eating.Ā
I mean I did some pretty ridiculous things (I even convinced myself I didnāt like chips!).
Fast forward to my 30s where I actually found a love for weight training. I stopped all the punishment cardio and started to learn about nutrition.
I started to realise you can actually eat, enjoy life AND look great.
This absolute revelation (I mean who knew) lit a real fire to want to help other women stop the constant diet cycles, life of guilt and wondering what to do.Ā
To give them life changing results (their words not mine) and be free from all the stupid diets.
And Iāve helped hundreds of women make that change.
